• Facilitate and coordinate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
• Ensure the proper application of Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) within the squad
• Support the Product Owner in backlog follow-up and sprint preparation
• Guide the squad in delivering Sprint commitments and Definition of Done
• Track team capacity, velocity, and delivery progress
• Act as Servant Leader, coaching and supporting the squad in continuous improvement
• Identify, manage, and remove squad impediments, risks, and issues
• Protect the team from external interruptions and ensure focus on value delivery
• Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders and external providers
• Contribute to squad strategy alignment and overall Agile maturity

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in her/his role of Squad Scrum Master
• Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g. Rally)
• Sound knowledge of software development methodology
• Sound knowledge of project management methodology

• Proven on-the-field Delivery experience

• Knowledge of Payments domain is a differentiator

•  Knowledge of agile methodology and techniques (e.g. Kanban)

• Ability to manage complex environment and stakeholders

• Good team player

• Stress resistant

•  Looks further than the day-to-day objectives, enable actions in line with the IT strategy
