• TSB & Documentation Management: Lead end-to-end TSB release, validation (PSA / Fiat / Jeep), and multi-language publication. Manage release of service and repair manuals across platforms.
• After-Sales Readiness: Ensure availability of tools, spare parts, and after-sales software (diagnostics, calibration, ECU updates).
• Quality & Continuous Improvement: Follow up on 8D actions, support field campaigns/recalls, and ensure implementation of product changes impacting after-sales.
• Cost & Warranty Monitoring: Track repair costs, analyze trends, and support warranty cost control and reporting.
• Training & Performance Tracking: Deliver training to dealers/technicians and manage KPIs, dashboards, and risk monitoring.

• Master degree in engineering, business management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in automotive or a related field within the high-tech product industry.
• Strong stakeholder networking and coordination
• Structured and transparent communicator
• Persuasive and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented and resilient under pressure
• English, French and Dutch are a big advantage
