Responsibilities

This internship of 6 months is a great opportunity to discover the full recruitment lifecycle, work closely with business stakeholders, and contribute to identifying and attracting top talent. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations while developing a strong understanding of the talent market.

You will work directly with the Talent Acquisition lead and collaborate with hiring managers across different teams.

 

Talent sourcing & pipeline building

  • Identify and approach potential candidates through LinkedIn and job boards

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs

  • Support the creation and publication of job advertisements

Candidate management

  • Conduct initial CV screenings and pre-qualification calls

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process

Recruitment operations

  • Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS or internal tools

Employer branding

  • Support recruitment campaigns and job posting visibility

  • Participate in initiatives to strengthen employer brand and attract talent

Qualifications

  • Student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields

  • Interest in recruitment, talent management, or consulting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, curious, and organized

  • Comfortable using digital tools and professional networks (LinkedIn)

Languages:

  • French or Dutch (mandatory)

  • English (professional level)
