This internship of 6 months is a great opportunity to discover the full recruitment lifecycle, work closely with business stakeholders, and contribute to identifying and attracting top talent. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations while developing a strong understanding of the talent market.
You will work directly with the Talent Acquisition lead and collaborate with hiring managers across different teams.
Talent sourcing & pipeline building
Identify and approach potential candidates through LinkedIn and job boards
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Support the creation and publication of job advertisements
Candidate management
Conduct initial CV screenings and pre-qualification calls
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
Recruitment operations
Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS or internal tools
Employer branding
Support recruitment campaigns and job posting visibility
Participate in initiatives to strengthen employer brand and attract talent
Student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields
Interest in recruitment, talent management, or consulting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, curious, and organized
Comfortable using digital tools and professional networks (LinkedIn)
Languages:
French or Dutch (mandatory)
English (professional level)
Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition within a dynamic environment
Direct exposure to hiring managers and business stakeholders
