Act as the voice of the customer within the project organization for all quality and safety matters.
Serve as the interface with customer Quality and Safety teams.
Support Customer Satisfaction Surveys (CSS) and monitor related improvement actions.
Define and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) in line with contractual and internal quality standards.
Ensure the proper application of quality processes across engineering, industrial, supplier, and product introduction activities.
Contribute to risk assessments (FMEA, CIA, ToT) and ensure mitigation actions are implemented.
Support DFQ gate reviews and monitor related action plans.
Manage quality alerts, non-conformities, and safety issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Ensure compliance of technical changes (Change Requests) and monitor Cost of Non-Quality (CoNQ).
Coordinate supplier quality activities, including Supplier Part List (SPL), FAI, and production readiness.
Support customer inspections, audits, and product validation activities.
Facilitate problem-solving activities (8D, QRQC, REX) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor quality KPIs and project performance indicators, identifying improvement opportunities.
Coordinate the Project Quality community across multiple projects or sites.
Support resource planning, mentoring, and development of Project Quality Managers.
Ensure alignment between Quality, Cost, Delivery objectives and customer expectations.
