Business Analyst (Trilingual)

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT teams.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of processes and solutions.
• Perform gap analysis between existing and target systems.
• Support testing phases (unit tests, UAT) and assist users during deployment.
• Prepare clear documentation and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
  

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, IT, Economics, or a related field.
• You have 4 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch – mandatory.
• Solid understanding of business process modeling and common analysis techniques (UML, BPMN, etc.).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in banking, insurance, or public sector environments is a plus.
• You speak French OR Dutch and a good understanding of English
