Responsibilities

  • In the eDCT project organization, you will become one of the Scrum Masters for the Calibration (Functional Validation & Performance) team.
  • You will take the lead in organizing the sprint content together with other Calibration stakeholders (Calibration Product Owners, Calibration Program Manager, etc.).
  • You will take the lead in hosting the sprint-related meetings where project tasks are planned, discussed, and reviewed, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up and Sprint Review/Retrospective meetings.
  • You will ensure the smooth daily execution of calibration tasks by proactively identifying and removing roadblocks.
  • You will coordinate the requests coming from and towards the other Agile teams.
  • You will provide input to timing and scope discussions at project level.
  • You will contribute to overall project reporting, both to internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are familiar with or eager to learn tools used in Agile project delivery and calibration development environments.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or a related field, with a strong interest in automotive engineering.
  • Experience on calibration and/ or software development is a strong plus.
  • Experience on Agile methodology and Scrum planning is a strong plus.
  • Proficient communication in English (both written and spoken) is a must. Knowledge of Dutch and French is a plus.
