An Automation Engineer with skills in Python, ETCS (optional), and RobotFramework is responsible for the design, development, and commissioning of industrial automated systems on the EVC3 test bench platform.
The responsibilities include Python programming, updating existing technical specifications, and validation testing on the test bench.
The role involves analyzing requirements, collaborating with various teams, and training on ETCS.

Main Responsibilities:

• Needs Analysis: Understand the needs of clients or production departments to design automated systems.
• System Design: Adapt the automated system and develop new functions.
• Programming: Develop and program test cases using Python and RobotFramework.
• Documentation Writing: Improve technical test specifications.
• Testing and Validation: Perform tests in a simulated environment to validate systems.
• Commissioning: Oversee deployment to other sites and commissioning of simulated equipment.

• Knowledge of automation principles and related technologies
• Proficiency in Python for application development and programming
• Familiarity with RobotFramework for test and process automation
• Understanding of ETCS systems is a plus, indicating specialization in lab testing
• Ability to collaborate with various teams, manage projects, and solve problems
• Previous experience in the railway sector
• Fluency in French and English
