• Elicit and define system/software requirements by interacting with stakeholders (Product Owners, UX/UI teams, developers)
• Document and review high-quality requirements for regional software services
• Analyze potential design issues and propose practical, logical solutions
• Lead requirement reviews and reach stakeholder consensus
• Act as Scrum Master: coordinate backlog, lead sprint ceremonies, track progress, and remove blockers
• Communicate project status effectively to stakeholders and management
• Support the team during workload peaks (manual and automated testing, process/toolchain improvements)
• Coordinate toward key milestones, including requirement freeze and development/testing timelines
• Contribute to project planning and team coordination with increasing ownership over time

• Experience of doing Manual Testing and writing automation Test Cases for Software

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Software, or related field)
• 3+ years of experience in requirement engineering, system design, or agile project coordination
• Proficient in requirement and project management tools (e.g., Codebeamer, Jama, Jira)
• Strong understanding of system engineering and agile methodology (Scrum)
• Experience with software testing (manual/automated) is a plus
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Self-driven, structured, and able to take initiative
• Strong team player with leadership potential
