• Develop and improve manufacturing and assembly methods for defense-related systems.

• Translate technical drawings and specifications into executable work instructions.

• Ensure processes meet strict industry standards and safety/regulatory requirements, particularly in the defense sector.

• Creation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for process improvement.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Support product lifecycle management from concept through production ramp-up and sustainment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or electromechanical Engineer
• Strong foundation in engineering and manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and identify trends and patterns.
• Problem-solving skills and being able to develop and implement effective solutions to improve production processes.
• Good communication skills.
• You speak French or Dutch with a good command of English
