As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring quality excellence throughout the product and project lifecycle. You will:

• Act as the primary Quality interface within the Project Core Team.
• Monitor and manage quality KPIs (e.g., OTD, OCD) to support continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Promote and apply quality methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, risk analysis, AMDEC).
• Develop and maintain process flows to clarify stakeholder roles and requirements.
• Analyze deviations and risks, proposing preventive and corrective actions.
• Ensure operational discipline across engineering, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional with:

• A Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (Quality methods and Tools), preferably in the defense or aerospace sectors. 
  
• Proficiency in both French and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with quality tools and methods.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• A curious mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
