Join Our Team as an Installation Design Engineer/Technician – Method

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Installation Design Engineer/Technician to join our dynamic team in Belgium!

As a key member of our Installation Design team, you will:

• Develop clear and effective installation procedures.
• Define and optimize industrial processes from manufacturing to on-site delivery.
• Establish best practices and methodologies for installation activities.
• Improve task sequencing and PERT planning.
• Enhance logistics processes including kitting and material packaging.
• Drive improvements in prefitment and pre-assembly mounting processes.

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Process focus) or equivalent.
• Experience or interest in railway systems is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Familiarity with E3S or other electrical CAD software.
• Knowledge of INVENTOR/CATIA and PLM – ENOVIA is a strong asset.

Languages:

• English 
• French is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong team spirit and communication skills.
• Rigorous, open-minded, and proactive.
• Autonomous and perseverant.

• Drafting of technical assembly instructions for workshops.
• Have an excellent practical sense of mechanical assemblies and ideally good knowledge of electricity.
• Have an excellent level of English in order to be able to write technical documents for workers in this language.
