The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Incident Manager to join our team and take ownership of complex, transversal IT incidents across multi-platform environments. In this role, you will lead and coordinate response efforts, working cross-functionally to restore services with minimal impact to the business. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
