About Expleo

At Expleo, we are a global engineering, technology, and consulting partner that helps businesses harness innovation and navigate disruption. In Belgium, we empower organisations to build resilience and adapt faster—delivering transformative solutions across critical infrastructure and IT environments. We believe in bold thinking, trusted delivery, and a workplace where your expertise can truly thrive.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Incident Manager to join our team and take ownership of complex, transversal IT incidents across multi-platform environments. In this role, you will lead and coordinate response efforts, working cross-functionally to restore services with minimal impact to the business. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced and high-pressure environments. The position follows a hybrid work model, combining both remote work and on-site presence as part of our flexible working culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end resolution of major incidents, ensuring timely service restoration
  • Act as the central point of contact throughout the incident lifecycle
  • Coordinate across teams to align technical and business stakeholders
  • Facilitate incident calls and drive clear communication in high-pressure settings
  • Conduct structured post-incident reviews and support root cause analysis
  • Maintain detailed incident documentation in line with ITIL best practices
  • Support continuous improvement in incident management processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent through practical experience
  • ITIL certification is required
  • Proficient in French and English (oral and written); Dutch (basic oral) is optional

Experience

  • Minimum of 6 years in a dedicated Incident Manager role
(Please note: experience limited to basic user support does not meet the requirements)
  • Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure and cross-platform dependencies
  • Experience managing incidents in complex environments; familiarity with financial services is a plus
  • Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and lead through uncertainty
  • Comfortable facilitating large meetings and driving action across teams
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach
  • Eager to stay current with new technologies and continuously improve processes

Benefits

Why Join Us?

  • Supportive Environment: Be part of a collaborative and driven team
  • Impactful Role: Contribute directly to service continuity and operational excellence
  • Inclusive Culture: Work in a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment
  • Career Growth: Access a global career model with meaningful development opportunities
  • Competitive Package: Attractive salary and benefits
  • Benefits include:
  • 32 days off per year (20 vacation + 12 compensation days)
  • A mobility budget to support your transport or housing
  • A flexible homeworking policy
