The Role 

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst who excels at translating internal business needs into precise functional designs and enjoys working with different stakeholders. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced and high-pressure environments. The position follows a hybrid work model, combining both remote work and on-site presence as part of our flexible working culture. 

• Manage business requests, including RFI's, RFCs, and business cases.
• Engage with business stakeholders to clarify their requirements.
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders to assess impact and propose solutions (architects, IT support, suppliers, etc.).
• Utilize modeling techniques and methods to analyze and document business processes.
• Analyze and document functional needs.
• Document deliverables requested in the last Audit Recommendations, including processes and data flows.
• Contribute to the development of tests for validating changes.
• Ensure the quality of deliveries before business testing commences.
• Provide support to IT and business as needed.
• Possibility of a role in Data Analysis using tools like Power BI and Tableau.

• Hold a University Degree in IT, engineering, or an equivalent field
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in Sales or Finance activities
• Familiarity with BPMN modeling techniques and methods
• Strong proficiency in CRM and ERP tools
• Expertise in data reporting using MS-Excel
• Knowledge of SalesForce, including Sales, CPQ, and Billing modules
• Understanding of Lean-SixSigma and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
• Possess strong analytical thinking skills
• Problem-solving
• Capable of working independently
• Proficient in English, and French or Dutch
