The job as an Expleo Industrial Project Manager

You will pilot high-level projects for R&D or manufacturing activities, ensuring that all milestones are met and the quality levels expected by clients are reached.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management & QCDP Compliance:
  Lead and oversee projects while ensuring strict adherence to Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) indicators.
  Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective actions to maintain project efficiency and alignment with company and customer expectations.
• Project Lifecycle Management:
  Manage projects through the entire development lifecycle, from initial concept and planning to execution and manufacturing/Industrialization phase (Tender, pre-serial phase & transfer phase to manufacturing)
  Ensure all project phases are completed within the defined timeline, scope, and budget.
  Continuously assess project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation:
  Proactively identify, analyze, and assess potential risks that may impact project success.
  Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize delays, cost overruns, and quality issues.
  Ensure contingency plans are in place to handle unforeseen challenges.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership & Client Communication:
  Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and other departments.
  Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and transparent communication regarding project status, changes, and deliverables.
  Facilitate regular meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on objectives and expectations.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Collaboration:
  Engage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth project execution.
  Align teams on project goals, milestones, and constraints while fostering a cooperative and results-driven environment.
• Steering Committee Reporting & Governance:
  Provide periodic updates to the steering committee, presenting project status, challenges, and recommendations.
  Prepare detailed reports, highlighting key insights, progress, and strategic actions to ensure informed decision-making at the executive level.
  Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.

What are our key selection criteria for joining Expleo method engineering Team?

• You have experience in a or several industrial environments (Automotive, Transportation, Mining, heavy industries ...)
• You have a proven history of successful led projects
• You have a strong experience in risk management.
• You have been able to manage multi discipline teams across Countries and remotely.
• You own a master's degree in electromechanical engineering or electronics, or equivalent by experience
• You are organized, efficient, and possess strong communication skills.
• You speak fluently English, French/Dutch is a strong advantage.
