Responsibilities

  1. Development and Optimization of Documentation Systems:
    • Establish and continuously improve quality management documentation systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Implement structured processes to enhance document control, traceability, and accessibility.
  2. Drafting and Reviewing Quality Documents:
    • Prepare, update, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, quality manuals, and policies to align with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and other applicable regulations.
    • Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all quality-related documentation.
  3. Internal and External Audits:
    • Plan, conduct, and document internal quality audits to assess compliance with company policies and regulatory frameworks.
    • Support and facilitate external audits and inspections by regulatory bodies, customers, and third-party auditors.
    • Identify and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) based on audit findings.
  4. Quality Assurance Support for Production Teams:
    • Assist production teams in managing deviation reports, defect investigations, and non-conformance handling.
    • Provide guidance on CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and Change Control processes to ensure continuous quality improvement.
    • Conduct thorough batch record reviews to verify compliance before product release.
  5. Participation in Investment & Validation Projects:
    • Support capital investment projects by reviewing technical specifications, validation protocols, qualification reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risk, improve processes, and ensure proper validation of new equipment, systems, and methodologies.

Essential skills

  • Your academic background is related to any engineering field;
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in the Life Sciences Sector;
  • You speak French and/or Dutch and have a good level of English
